Faculty members and Graduate students from the Petroleum Engineering department at Texas A&M University enjoyed a visit to the NOV’s research and development center located in Navasota, Texas, where cutting-edge drilling automation technologies are being developed.

Dr. Sam Noynaert, Dr. Eduardo Gildin accompanied by graduate students Enrique Z. Losoya, Paul Ofoche, and Ibrahim El-Sayed enjoyed an excellent tour, presentation, and Q&A of the company’s most advanced automated drilling rig,  the prime rig.
