Dr. Eduardo Gildin from the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University is the recipient of one of the 2016-17 College of Engineering Faculty Awards. He has been named the Charles H. Barclay, Jr. ’45 Fellow.

“Eduardo Gildin has established himself in the forefront of research that applies fundamental mathematics to solve a variety of complex problems in petroleum engineering,” said Dan Hill, department head. “It is gratifying to see this recognition of Dr. Gildin’s contributions by being named a Fellow of the College of Engineering.”
